LMS Software Pricing and Licensing
The CourseWebs platform is offered two ways: as a hosted application (runs on our servers), or you can purchase a license to run it on your server.
Hosted Service
Included with hosted accounts:
- A domain name such as http://yourname.coursewebs.com or use your own domain.
- Fully customizable.
- Branding is included. We will use your logos, banners, and colors.
- Administrator Control Panel. Shows activity report, access all student records, create and manage courses, see exam results, and export lists.
- File manager for instructors and administrators.
- No "per student" licensing fees. This is a flat rate service.
- Technical support.

LMS Software Customization
Special needs? No problem. We'll work with you to get you what you need. The CourseWebs system is designed to be customized at reasonable rates. From simple cosmetic changes to major feature changes or additions, our software can be modified to get you exactly what you need.
Need to process credit cards? CourseWebs can be configured to work with most gateway processing services including PayPal.
Get a Server License
You can run CourseWebs on your own servers by purchasing a server license. We offer a one-time license fee (perpetual license) that does not require any additional annual licensing fees. For questions please contact sales@coursewebs.com or call (502) 540-9944.
Server Requirements: Web server requires Windows Server 2000, 2003 or 2008 with IIS 6 or newer and ASP.NET version 3 installed. Database server requires MS SQL Server version 2000, 2005, or 2008.

Payment Options
We accept credit cards (Visa/MC/American Express), checks, money orders, and wire transfers. Purchase Orders accepted from approved organizations in the US. Any refunds are given for a period of 5 days from receipt of software.
